Starting off, have a large water bottle handy because you’re going to be sweating for the two hour class we have in store for you! Be prepared for an upbeat class with constant movement.
Zumba is a Latin inspired class, filled with lots of hip wiggling, arm raising, and bouncy movements. You may have seen some Zumba enthusiasts use the toning sticks to add just a bit more weight to their workouts. These look something like this:

What does Zumba workout and who can you expect to see in a class?
Zumba is a class bursting with Cardio and exercises that target areas where it’s harder to lose the weight! That’s why this class has gotten so huge! With Zumba you get a FULL BODY WORKOUT! And if you think that men don’t do it think again: ZUMBA IS FOR EVERYONE!
Basically Zumba is a great workout that targets all of your, “Problem Areas”, while getting to enjoy an upbeat environment and upbeat people! So prepare to have a blast at this amazing Zumbathon event, we can’t wait to see you there!
