I have been teaching Zumba for over 5 years. I absolutely love it because it feels like a dance party instead of exercise. Zumba is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness; cardo, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and will leave you energized. Zumba is for all ages and can be adapted for any fitness level. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just follow my lead and lose yourself in the music.
