Monsoon Season Workouts Indoors

Is this Monsoon season getting in the way of your workout? Is it driving you crazy that the rain is just another thing in your way making you not want to do your daily routine? Well no more excuses! This is a High Intensity Workout for those who do not have any weights at home or only have a dumbell or two. It’s meant to keep your heart rate up and your body moving quickly. 

There are 6 Excercises in 60 second intervals for two rounds at 17 minutes total. Don’t worry there are also some rests in between.

 

Excercise 1= Jumping Jacks for 60 seconds!

Jumping, jacks, plyo Jog in place slowly for 20 seconds…

Excercise 2= Skaters for 60 seconds!

Excercise 3= Jumping Oblique Twists for 60 seconds!

Excercise 4= Burpees for 60 seconds!

Excercise 5= Pendulum Swing for 60 seconds!

After all of these are finished, REPEAT! Have fun and drink lots of water!
